Luella for O’Neil. Where’s my surfboard?

A few months ago, when I heard that one of my favourite designers, Luella Bartley was going to collaborate with O’Neil, I actually contemplated taking surfing lessons (to touch up on old skills that have come to absolutely no use in London). After all, if Luella Bartley, the queen behind all the fashion I have loved, bought and replicated for the past three seasons (at least) decided she was going to design extremely affordable surf gear… As far as I was concerned, that was good enough reason to move somewhere with blue seas and sand!

The collection has finally hit the O’Neil stores, and luckily most of the clothes can be worn without sea or sand, in fact, it is the perfect casual summer wardrobe, and comprises of everything you can think off, from the cool bikinis (obviously!) to sexy boy shorts, easy summer dresses, hoodies, and then there is that weekender, that will come in very handy if you plan to visit your family or friends during the holidays… What I actually mean is, you can wheel your life around and still look cool during the festivals!

The image above shows some of my favourite items from the collection:

1. Bigbury Hooded sweat
2. Polzeath dress
3. Portwrikle Wheely Weekender
4. Perranport Dungaree
5. Rock Bikini
6. Trebarthwidth boot

Modelling the collection is Lovefoxxx, lead singer of cooler than cool band of the moment CSS, she was recently interviewed by Indigo Clarke for Oyster magazine, you can read about her on the Oyster Mag website.
