
One of my closest BFFs (actually that’s an understatement), just moved back to London from New York, whilst doing the customary rummage through her closet, finding out what’s new, what’s cool, and what I plan to borrow… I noticed she had quite a vast range of extremely cute flat shoes, everything from the expected ballet pumps, to unusually striking sandals. Now, although I plan to visit and borrow (she made a huge mistake moving five minutes down the street from me), it occurred to me that (despite my 5′10 frame) though I am queen of the high heel, sometimes, just sometimes, it might be a good idea to be comfortable as well as stylish.
